To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex in general Quarter Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall in the said
County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of Philip
Dyot
< no role > and John Cox< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in
and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the twenty fourth Day of August last Ann Holding< no role > was removed
and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said
County to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the place of her last legal
Settlement Whereby the petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly, Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their
said Order And pray that the Benefit of this Appeal may
be saved to Your petitioners and that the hearing and
determining thereof may be adjourned to the next general
Session of the peace to be holden in and for the said
County of Middlesex
