of Middlesex , to me directed; I Summon you to be and appear
before His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , at Hicks Hall in
St John Street on Monday the 13th day
of September Instt. at nine
of the Clock in the Morning to enquire, present, do and execute all
and Singular Such Matters and Things, as on the Behalf of our
Sovereign Lord the KING Shall be then and there enjoined you.
WHEREOF fail not, as you will answer the contrary, at your
