HICKS-HALL , 14th Septemr.. 1779

S I R,
You having been summoned to attend at the present Ge-
neralSession of the Peace, held at Hicks, Hall in
Saint John Street on Monday the 13th Day of
Sepr. Inst. to enquire, present, do and execute all and Singu-
lar such Matters and Things as on the Behalf of our Sovereign
Lord the King should be then and there enjoined you; but
not appearing accordingly, the Court have imposed a Fine
upon you for such Neglect, which will consequently be Estreat-
ed into the Court of Exchequer , and levied upon your Goods
and Chattels, unless you can shew good Cause to the Court
here during this present Session to induce them to spare such
Fine.
