To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace holden
at Hicks Hall in the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the ChurchWardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Kensington in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hand & Seal
of George Wright< no role > Esquire one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace in &
for the City & Liberty of Westminster & County of Middlesex bearing date the twenty Ninth day of July last Diana Mlen< no role >
was removed from the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of
Westminster to the said Parish of Kensington as the place of her
last Legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this Court
against the adjudication of the said [..] Justices
And pray that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
a day for the hearing and determining the said Appeal
and to Order that all persons Concerned Do then Attend
