To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of the Middlesex

Sheweth


That the Virtue of a Vagrants Pass under the hand and
Seal of G Wrighte Esquire one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace For the City and Liberty of
Westminster bearing date the third day of June 1769
Hannah Murphy< no role > was removed from and out of the
Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
to the said Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch

Your Petitioners concerving themselves
aggrieved by the said Vagrants Pass of the said
Justices of Peace Appeal to this Court against
the same And humbly pray your Worships
will be pleased to appoint some day in this
Session for hearing and determining the said
Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray &c
