Gentleman on his Oath saith that he did deliver a true Copy of the within Order
of Session to Mr. David Thomas< no role > at his House in Rope maker Alley in the
Parish of Saint Luke in the County Middlesex on Friday the First day of September
Instant and that he the said David Thomas< no role > did at the same time
acknowledge to this Deponent that he the said David Thomas< no role > was then
one of the Churchwardens of the said Parish of Saint Luke.
