The Order of Roger Smith< no role > and Robert Bateman< no role > Esquires two of her
Maties: Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex , one whereof is of the
quorum, And both resideing of this the limits whereof the pith Church or Chappell doth
stane, Being the Hamblet of Poplar and Blackwall in the pith of St: Dunstance
Stepny in the said County the two and Twentieth day of November in the yeare
of our Lord 1706 Accord [..] Form of the Statute in that case made and
[..] eith of St. Dunstans Stebnn of the [..]
Rebecca Redgate< no role > Singlegate [..] Said Bastard child Ever since is Birth hath been
and Still is chargeable to the said Hamblett of Poplar and Blackwall in the said
pith of stepny and is soe likely to Continue, And Upon the Examination of the Cause
and Circumstances of the prmisses and due proofe Upon oath taken before us wee
doe adjudge William of Westmr of Marton Neare Mackworth in the County of Darby
to be the putative Father of the said Bastard child, And we doe alsoe Order that
as well for the Releife of the Hamblett of Poplar & Blackwall as also for the provision
and Maintainance of the said Female Bastard child That he the said William
Weston
< no role > Shall Weekely and every Weeke from the time of the Birth of the said Bastard
child and soe long as the same Shall be chargeable to the said Hamblett and
paid unto the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Hamblet for the time
being the Sume of two Shilling [..] Six [..] towards the Maintenance of
the same Fee make [..] And Shall likewise pay or Cause to be paid unto
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Hamblett for the time being
the sume of five pounds of lawfull English money within three Monthes after the said
Bastard Child Shall Arrives at the Age of Twelve years for & towards the putting forth
the said Child to be An Apprentice And we doe further Order that the said William
Weston
< no role > doe pay forth with then Notice of this our Order Unto the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said Hamblett for the time being the Sume of five
pounds one Shilling & Six pence see much being by then Expender since the Birth of
the said Female Bastard his for Nurses Wages Midwife Fire Candle & other
Necessarys and lastly we order that there the said William Westmr doe Upon
the Notice of this our Order forthwith give sufficient security to the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor [..] said Hamblett of Poplar & [..] in the pith
[..] to perform see much thereof [..] to
