It is opinion of this Comittee that Copies of the Severall Examine
be laid before ye Lord Mayor & Court of Alderman,desiring this
in order to have those granter [..] of the futureconcuren [..] that an Information be brought against Mr James Fel< no role >
for Male Administration whereby he has forfeited his Office

It is the opinion of this Comittee thatthe Sheriffe of London and
Middx be required forthwith to Displace
the sd William Robinson< no role >
is the cheife [..] & [..] moter of the sd Abusesfrom being Turn Key of Newgate .

Partners& not Suffer them to come amongst the Prisoners for Debt

Prisoners.

It is the opinion of this Comittee that ye said Sheriffs do take care
that the Cellar in the Common side of Newgate be not made use of
for tipling but that it be made use of as a Ward for Prisoner
