Whereas Elizabeth Pond Spinster stands bound open
by Recognizance to prosecute John Dane< no role > a Romish
Preist and Sarah Horton< no role > Widow , at the Sessions to
bee held for the County of Middx at the old Baily London
for porperting the said Elizabeth Pond being brad a
Protestant to the Religion of the Church of Rome;
And whereas by means of one Susanna Mitten< no role > a
Roman Cathelut she the said Elizabeth Pond< no role > was pson
after her binding over conveyed into the County and carryed
into Lancashire, being Pond hittletyme before the last Sessions
and hath there been from tyme to tyme industriously stpt
from her friends who stand bound for her appearance
this Sessions.

Richard Bishop< no role > of London Joyner maketh Oath that Some
the last Sessions he went into a place called Warl [..]
the County of Lancaster, to which place he was in [..]
the said Elizabeth Pond was Conveyed, and did speald
with her with an Intent to bring her to London, but She
was then Convicted from his knowledge and carryed unto some
other Place, be that this Deponent had not tyme to till her
the danger she lay under in not appearing according to the
Conditon of her Recognizance, But this Deponent is
very credibly informed by a Distiller at Coldharbs [..]
that She the said Elizabeth Pond is now upon the [..]
coming to London, morden to prosecute the said John Land< no role >
and Sarah Horton< no role > , Belt cannot bee in London
untill late this Evening or pure tyme to Morroco in the
Morning.
