To Ye. Church Wardens & Overseers of ye.
Poor for ye I Camets: of Poplar & Blackwall

Whereas complaint hath been made unto
me. by [..] I Copkins of your and Ham:
that there was formerly paid unto her, the
sum of One Shilling & Six pence P Week
for and towards ye. Maintenance of her [..]
and three Children and that you doe now Lucy [..]
the are whereby ye. said Compnt. is utterly dis-
abled to provide for her Sess & Children

These are therefore in her Majts. Name to
require you, the said Church Wm. & Over Seers, to
continue unto her ye. former allowance of
One Shilling & Six pence p Week. or else
forth with to Shew me Just cause to ye Contrary
