The humble Peticon of Thomas Finley< no role >

Sheweth

That your Petr. being Tender of his Reputaced and being [..] Did offened this-
Honble Court in being Obstinate was not willing to Expose himselfe to presente
Eliz: Hackett< no role > for Pisk [..] his Pockett of 16 of £17. But being sensible of his
Errand in not answering this Honble Cort. was Comitted for Compounding
Fellony and is Bayled out though he never Did doe any such Act and is now
willing and Ready to prosecute and hath Feed Councell to make a
Vigerous Prosecution and the sd. Hackett is to be Tryed to Morrow Morning
and comes is allowed to be an Evidence for the Queen against Hackett by
the Motion of your Petrs. Councell

Discharged him from his Recognizance
& further attendance On this Honble
Court

And yor. Petr. shall Ever pray Etc.
