It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in this County have notice of this peticon
and that they doe attend this court on Wednesday next at
ten of the clock in the forenoon to answer the premisses
within mentioned and to shew cause why the Petr should not
be eased in the rate assessed upon him for releife of the
poor of the sd parish as the sd. Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor [..] will answer the contrary at
their peril
