Where as upon the Sompll of the Overseers of the
Poore, and other Inhabitants of the liberty of the Rolls in the
Parish of St. Dunstans in the West in the County of Middx
made before us whose hands and Seales are hereunto Sett Two
of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the paid County and
next to the Parish Church of St. Dunstans aforesaid (Quor unus)
touching one Dorothy Seward Widdow lately delivered of a Female
Bastard Child within the Said liberty whoe are now become
chargeable to the Said liberty Wee the said Justices haveing
taken upon us the heareing the Said Complt and the exaiator
of the Cause there of doe find by the Corporall Oath of the Said
Dorothy Seward< no role > That Isaac Henriquise< no role > of St. Mary Ax London
Mercht. is the true and only Father of the Said Female Bastard
Child and alsoe by the Soncurring Testimony of Mary Bellamy< no role >
(on her cor porall Oath) That the said Dorothy Seward< no role > both
before and after the time of her delivery and in the extremily
of her pangs in her Travell with the Said Female Bastard
Child did an use and charge the said Isaac Henriquise to be
the true father of the said female Bastard Child, and the
Said Dorothy Seward< no role > upon her cor porall Oath hath further
declared that noe other person what soever had ever Carnall
knowledge of her body sine her husband dyed which is about
four yeares besides him the Said Isaac Henriquise.

And for these and other due proofes and convicting
Circumstances us hereunto moveing we doe adjudge him the
said Isaac Henriquise< no role > to be the reputed Father of the said
Female Bastard Child borne of the body of the said Dorothy
Seward
< no role > as aforesaid in the Said Liberty of the Rolls .

And there upon we doe order as well for the releife and to
save harmless the Said Liberty of the Rolls and the Inhabitants
thereof as for the mainteining and keeping the said Female
Bastard Child, That the Said Isaac Henriquise< no role > Shall forthwith upon
Sight of this our Order (a true Coppy here of being delivered unto
him) pay or cause to be paid to the said Overseers of the Poore of
the Said Liberty the sume of three pounds tenn Shillings And
tempence being the sume by them expended in provideing
necessaries for the said Dorothy Seward< no role > and the said Female
Bastard Child to this day, and from and after this day the
Said Isaac Henriquise< no role > Shall weekly and every weeke like wise
pay or cause be paid the Sume of three Shillings of lawfull
money of England to the Overseers of the poore of the Said Liber [..]
