Sd. Thomas Richardson< no role > & the sd. Richard Aland< no role > or one of
them may produce before this Court the Petrs. sd. Indenture
of apprentice hood to be cancelled & the pretended
agreemt. relateing to the Petr. And to be releived in the
premisses, And the petr. haveing already applyed to Roger Smith< no role > &
Thomas Addison< no role > Esqrs. two of her Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County to be releived in the premisses, and the sd. Ann Richardson< no role >
& Richard Aland being bound by two severall recognizances to
appeare at this Sessions for want of their conformity, but not
produceing before this Court the sd. Indenture of [..]
