On the Prosecution of Eleanor Perkins< no role >
for an Assault.

Dennis O' Brien< no role > of Bow Street Covent Garden in the
County of Middlesex Apothecary the Defendant in this Cause
Maketh Oath and Saith that having at the last Session Pleaded to the
Indictment and put in Bail to appear and try the Traverse as
this session he caused Notice to be given to the Prosecutrix for that
purpose And this Deponent saith That he is advised he
cannot with saftly proceed to the Trial of this Cause without the
Evidence and Testmoney of John O'Brien< no role > who is absent at Southampton and
who is a Material Witness on behalf of him this Deponent in
this Cause and the Benefit of whose Testimony [..] peats [..]
and believes he shall have at the next Session

Sworn in Court at Hicks Hall
this 14th. Day of July 1778}
