At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint Johns
Street in the said County on Monday the 17th day of February in
the Seventeenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third by the Grace of God King of Great Britain etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex have
Notice of this Appeal and that they and all persons Concerned
do attend this Court on Thursday next at Nine oClock in
the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the Court touching the said appeal
