To The Right Worshipful his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the peace Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St.
George Hanover Square in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of C. Martin and W. Martins Esqrs two of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of
Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 3oth of January 1777 Anthony Losson< no role > Single Man
aged Twenty two Years was removed from the parish of St.
James in the said Liberty and County to the parish of St.
George Hanover Square in the Liberty and County aforesaid
at the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Anthony Losson< no role > whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against the same.

Therefore humbly pray this Court will please
to appoint a time for hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all persons Concerned
may then Attend.
