YOU were bound for the Appearance of James Low< no role >
at October Session last
at HICKS- HALL , who not appearing, your Recognizance is
become forfeited; and will be Estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed for the
levying Forty Pounds on your Goods and
Chattels; unless Care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will
begin at HICKS- HALL on the 25th Day of
April Instant
