For that the prosecutor his Client was Satisfied
whereupon this deponent Asked the said Mr. Mason
whether he this deponent should withdraw his
Recognizance's or how to proceed when the said Mr
Mason Acquianted this deponent that there was no

Deponent Saith that if the said Mr Mason had
