George Unsworth< no role > the defend [..] in the above Cause maketh Oath and
saith that he was Indicted in Ju [..] Session last by the above prosecu
trix that he has often and especially since the last Session endeavored
to find the prosecutrix in order to serve her with a proper notice of Trial
but without effect That the said deponant hath been frequently
at the prosecutrix's usual place of abode and enquired after her
but has not received any certain intelligence of her and that
this deponant is very desirous of trying his said Teaverse
to the said Indictment
