The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that

County of Middlesex

on the Twenty second day of
December in the fifteenth year of the regin of our sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc with force and
Arms at the parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid upon
one

in the peace of God and our said Lord the
King then and there Being did make an assault and him
the said John then and there did beat wound and ill treat
so that his life it was greatly dispaired of and other wrongs
to the said John then and there did To the great damage
of the said John and against the peace of our said Lord
the King his crown and dignity.

Bail upon the Bench Warrant

Notice of Trial was given for this Sessions by the Deft.
but the same was countermanded on account of the want of a
Material Witness.
This Indictment is against Deft. a servant of Mrs.
Harrison a consible Farmer and Cowkeeper the bottom of Grays Inn
Lane
and who by contract cleans the streets in Saint
Andrews Parish
and the parish of St. Geo: and this
assault arose in the Streets between the Deft servant Etc and
the Prosecutors about the Dust business.
