AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at Hicks = Hall , in Saint John = Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursday the eighth
Day of December in the fifteenthYear of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Saint George Bloomsbury in the said County [..] Have at [..]
[..] ent Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting
[..] hat by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
[..] Seals of [..] Musgrave and Richard Tayler< no role > Esquires two of his
[..] Justices of the Peace for the said County (one whereof being of
Quorum) bearing date the seventeenth day of November last
[..] Jenkins aged about Seven Years George Jenkins< no role > aged about
[..] Years and Sarah Jenkins< no role > aged about two Years were removed and
[..] veyed from and out of the Parish of Hampton in the said County of
Middlesex to the said parish of St George Bloomsbury as the place of
their last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
[..] at the request of the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the
[..] of their said appeal be saved unto them and that the hearing
and determining thereofbe and the same is hereby
adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden
of this County and that on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given
[..] Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Hampton
[..] and all persons concerned do attend the court at Hicks Hall
[..] on Thursday the twelfth day of January next at the hour of
[..] the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment
[..] determination of the same Court touching the said Appeal.
