the Clk or Agent of the said William Cawthorne< no role > to Whom
this Informant for and on the Account of the said William
Cawthrone paid the Sum of £50in part andas a depos [..]
and in part of Resaid Sum of £210 which he was to pay
to the said William Cawthrone as the [..] Manager of the said Company for Repurchase of the said
Store keepers place and the said John Hayman< no role > then
gave this Informant an Acknowledgement for Rest [..]
for the said William Cawthorne< no role > that the next day vizt.
the 30th. of Septr. he this Informant having great reason
to doubt the hath of the said Cawthorne's pretences as
to such place Appleyd to him [..] Order to get back the
said Sum of £50 when the said Cawthorne Acknowledge
Receipt thereof from Hayman his Clerk but refused
to replay at to this Informant an This Informant [..]
since found out and discovered that No such Company a
formed or money Subscribed or is there any such place
to be disposed of as pretended by Resaid Cawthrone
and that the whole of Resd Cawthrones presences is
false in Order to cheat and defaced this Deponent of
the said Sum of £50 and that by means of such false
pretence he the said William Cawthrone as the Man a [..] such pretended Company hath Cheated
and depended this [..] Informant of the sum of £50
And be the these Informants Say that Resaid John [..]

Confessed in the presence and heaing of these Informants
that such pretence of the said Cawthornes is False and
that there as Not any Company formed or to form for
Repurpose afsd or any [..] not place to be disposed of or is the said William Cawthrone the
Manager of any Company whatsoever And both
