To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Helen near Bishopsgate in
the City of London .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of Burfd. Camper Esqr. and Jno. Sherwood< no role > Esqr. two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (One whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirteenth day of April last
Mary Hays< no role > Singlewoman was removed and Conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Helen as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Mary.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved by the
said Order.

Your Petitioners therefore pray that their said
Appeal may be heard and determined at this
present General Session of the Peace And that
your Petitioners may be relieved against the
said Order.

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
