for the County of Middlesex at the General Quarter
Session of the peace Assembled.

The Humble petition & appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of Burf Camper< no role > and John Sherwood< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for
the County of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Twenty Second Day of December 1773
Ann Goddard< no role > Widow of John Goddard< no role > deceased and
their Two Children ViztJohn < no role >
aged One Year and upwards & Benjamin < no role > aged One Month and upwards
were removed to the parish of Saint Giles by Cripplegate
in the City of London as the place of their last legal
Settlement from the parish of St. Mary White Chapel in ye County of Middx

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Agrieved by the said Warrant or Order and Humbly
appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray that your Worships will be
Pleased to appoint a Day of this present
Sessions That all parties may Attend
to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal
