maketh Oath that in September Session
last the abovenamed Last was Indicted by the above
named Prosecution to which Indictment he the said
Mary Beaver< no role >
in last October Session pleaded thereto
and Notice of [..] was delivered to the above
Prosecution for Wednesday the eighth instant but this Dept
and he said Wife having Neglected to enter her said Traverse she
and this Dept being utterby [..] and of the Law and
the practice of this Court have no Attorney
to make a defence in the above prosecution And this
Dept further saith that one Mr. Smith a Friend Office Dept
asked Mr Denton who is the Solicitor concerned for the
said Mary Sinclair< no role >
in this Depts present to consent for
the said Find to come on this present Session but the
refused to have the said Cause entred but said it could
not be tried till next Session or expressed himself
that or the like effect
