Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent
did on Monday the fourth day of January Instant
personally serve the abovementioned Prosecution with
the Notice of Tryal hereunto annexed
by delivering to her a true Copy thereof and at the same
time showing to her the annexed Notice and
Acquainting her with the Contents thereof
and lastly saith that the said Notice fourth not since been Countermanded
