Arthur Fuller< no role > of the parish of Saint John Wapping in the County
of Middx Cook maketh oath and saith that he this Deponent was
present at the office of John Sherwood< no role > Esq one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlex Situate and being
at Shadwell in west County and being present there (and the said
Elizth. Clark< no role > being a Servant of this Deponent) was called on
by the sd. John Sherwood< no role > Esq to be bound over to prosecute the
Sd. Margaret Cramar for the Sd. Petit Larceny And this Deponent
farther saith that he did wth know of any thing the sd. Margaret Cramer
she being the sd.Committing the sd. Petit Larceny in any respect
whatever And that the said Elizabeth Clarke< no role > quitted these
of this Deponent within a few Days after the said Arthur
Butler
< no role > was bound over to appear and prosecute And [..]
Deponent further saith that did not know th [..]
oblidged to prefer any Bill of Indictment against [..]
