At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Westminster in the
said County on Thursday the Eighth day of October in the Twelfth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of
Great Britain Etc

Application being made to this Court by Thomas Walter< no role > Petty Constable of
Harrow Wheel and Greenhill in the parish of Harrow on the Hill in this County to be discharged from his Office of
Constable within the said Parish which he hath Executed for Eighteen Months last
past and upwards And it Appearing to this Court that Joseph Cain< no role > is a fit Person
to Execute the said Office in the stead and Place of the said Thomas Walter< no role > His
Ordered that the said Joseph Cain< no role > do upon Rect. hereof repair to some one of his Majy'sattend the Court here to Morrowat Hicks
Just of the peace for the said CountyHall on Monday the Nineteenth day of October Instant by Eleven O 'Clock in the
Forenoon
to take upon him the said Office And to take his Oath for the due Execution
thereofupon Notice to be given him in the mean TimeAnd from and after the said
Joseph Cains taking upon him the said Office and being Sworn the said
Thomas Walter< no role > is to stand absolutely Discharged from the some.
