Whereof happen'd at the last Gaol Delivery
in the persons of 4 prisoners comd. to the sd. house
of Corr . and removed to Newsgate all well
and being indicted of petty Larceny were
all in the course of a week brot. to Hicks
hall in a most Deplorable languid &
dangerous StateIndeed it were to be wish'd that
the County prisoners [..] comitted to the out Gaols could be brot. to
Tryal without being lodged in Newgate at all.

We are further of opinion that
about three acres of ground will be regu [..]
Site for the erection of two healthy usefull prisons
[..] in stead of the present prisons
and that such shod. be built in a durable
butwithplain and cheap manner one of wch
shod. bebegin & finish'd bycompleatly built, before the other
isshod. be be gim

ThatAnd after both prisons shall bearefinish'd
(and not before) a [..] SpaciousSession house on
shire hall be built more Spacious and convent.
