Mr. Jefferson reported that he has been informd Lord Northampton
is more in treaty for granting a leave for
31 Years of a considerable quantity of Ground
in the Neighborhood of the Prisons, it is
therefore Moved by Mr. Barnfathe & seconded
thatand agreed on that Mr Buller he diverse
to write to Mr. Lord Northampton to desire
he will nothis Lordshipto grantto
order her J. to lay before the Justices the
particular of the Loans he intend to
but on leave in order for them to treat
with his L. for so much as they may
withhave gecasin to buy or take on care for the
purposes of their intended improvements
of the Goal etc.
In complaince with the order of the Court.
the 20th. of May Mr. Thogers attended with
the plans of the Prisons & of a the plans are examind and appeard the sessions House [..] recot [..]
by the Committee that the plan proposed would
be more iligible if the Ground blonging
to L. N. and which fronts the entinder
Sessions House werewas laid out in a Crescent
and a Street as an are [..] thereto and that
Mr Mogees bepreorderd to preparethea plan
of the same for the Consideration of the [..] and Sessions at the next [..] Day
for a passage from theNorthwell be regarite
Orderd that Mr. Jefferson do make inquiry has that can be
best attain'd and that Mr. Thoser do also make a [..]
of itof the sameas [..] the court on the County day and attend they with the man [..]
