Maketh oath and saith that
he this Deponent was Employed by the above
named Defendant to Draw his Recognizance
in this Cause, and this Deponent further saith
that he regularly attended at Hicks Hall the
last February Session for that purpose, and that
he this Deponent did upon the adjournment
day of that Session, when the Defendants name
was called, Give two shillings and Eight pence
to Mr. Weeden for that purpose, and that he in
this Deponents presence gave the Money to Mr.
Jefferson
