The above named Depts. make oath and say
that they intended to take their Trial on the
Indictment Prefered against them this present
Sessions and that Saturday the Twenty fifth day of April last
employed an attorney to give notice And prepare
for Trial, but being informed that Notice of Trial
ought to have been given the Wednesday before
these Depots. could not for that reason take cheif
Trial and these Depots further say that [..]
