Dept did in October Session last pay to Mr. Jefferson who is the
Deputy Clerk of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall the Sum of eight Shillings for withdrawing three
Recognizances that is to say one for Sarah Cilmister< no role > and the
other too for the above named Deff And this Dept Thomas
Olive
< no role > for himself saith that he was present and did see the
other Dept way to the Said Mr. Jefferson the above Sum of any
Shillings for the Withdrawing the above Recognization
