You being bound over to appear
at the last October Session, to prasecute Jane Hunt< no role >
for a Misdimeanor and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that pur
pose it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the
Court of Exchequer
, in Order to the issuing of Process
hereon against you fo [..] levying the Penalty: Unless by
Appearance and proper Application to stay Proceedings
thereon at the next Session, which will being at Guild-
ball, in King-Street
, Westminster
, on Monday the 27th
Day of April instant, the Estreat shall be respited by the
Court.
