Take notice that I will Appear at the General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden by Adjournment
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County
of Middlesex and then andon Tuesday the Twenty eight
day of April instant at eight of the Clock in the forenoon
and then and there plead Not Guilty to the Indictment
by you preferred and found against me for an Assault
And at the same time take my Tryal upon the said
Indictment Dated the 22th [..] day of April 1772
