of Great Chelsea in the County of Middlesex
Baker

Humbly Sheweth


That on Saturday the 31st. day of August
last your Petitioner was Convicted before Thos.
Miller
< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
in the Penalty of Five Pounds for having in his
Custody Offerd and Exposed for Sale four half
Peck Leaves of Houshold Bread at the Price of
Elven Pence half penny P. Loaf and [..]
LoafSix Quarter of a PeckLoafLoaves of
Henshold Bread at the Price of Six Pence P Loaf
And one Quarter of a Peck Loaf of Weather Bread
at the Price of [..] Seven Pence
farthing Pr. Loaf Allas not proportioned in
respect to the Price each Sort of Bread ought to
be sold at according to the direction of the Statute
in that Case was and provided whereby your Petr. concerning
himself aggrieved And humbly [..] Appeals the same Therefore your
Petitioner humbly pray worships to Appoint a Day for the
hearing and Determining this his said appeal and your Petitioner as
in Duty bound will ever pray Etc
