The King against Joseph Fendon< no role >
On the Prosecution of Thomas Cosgriff< no role > for an Assault

Richard Gale< no role > of Kingsland Road in the County of Middlesex
Victualler Maketh Oath and Saith that he will knew and was
acquainted with the said prosecutor Thomas Cosgriff in his life
Time and that the said Thomas Cosgriff is lately dead and was out
or about the Twenty first Day of July now last past Buried in the
Church Yard or burying Ground belonging in the Parish Church
of Christ Church Spital fields in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid And Saith he did on the Twenty Second Day of September
Instant Search the Register of Burials kept in and for the said
Parish with Thomas Cherry< no role > the Curate thereof for the Entry of
the Burial of the said Thomas Cosgriff and on such Search found
an Entry in the said Register Book whereby it appears and which
this Deponent believes to be true that the said Thomas Cosgriff
was buried in the burying Ground belonging to the said Parish
in the said Twenty first Day of July now last past And this Dept.
Saith the paper writing hereunto Annexed is a true Copy of the Entry
or Register of the Burial of the said Thomas Cosgriff he this Dept.
having yesterday with the Assistance of the said Thomas Cheery< no role >
Curate of the said Parish carefully Compared and examined the Sd.
paper writing with the Entry appearing in the Register Book
of Burials kept in and for the said Parish.
