Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us,
whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set, be-
ing two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in &
for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid [one whereof be-
ing of the Quorum] by the Church Wardens or Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mary, White
Chapel
. That

have lately come to Inhabit in the said-
Parish of St. Mary White Chapel
not having
gained any legal Settlement there nor
produced any Certificate owning
them to be settled elsewhere
lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St. Mary, White Chapel
,
and it likely to become chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said

THese are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, and by
Virtue of the Statutes in that Behalf to require
you, on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
Mary Fletcher< no role >
and Child
from and out of your said Parish of St. Mary White
Chapel
to the said Parish of Maidstone
and them deliver
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
there, or to some, or one of them together with this
our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for them
according to Law: Given under our Hands and
Seals this 7th Day of February in the
