At the General Session of the Peace holden at
Hicks Hall in the Saint John Street for the
County of Middlesex on Monday the 19th. Day
of February 1770.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke have Notice of this
Appeal and that they are all Persons concerned to
Attend this Court on Thursday next at Eight of the Clock
in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
