To the Right Worshipful his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
at their General Quarter Session Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Great Missenden in the County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Order under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the eighteenth Day of January one thousand seven hundred and
seventy Martha Prickett< no role > Single Woman was removed from the
Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Great Missenden as the last legal Place of
her Settlement By which Your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved And appeal to this Court against the said Pass Order

Your Petitioners therefore Pray
that Your Worships will be pleased to hear and
determine the Matters touching this Appeal
and give them such Relief in the Premisses to
Your Worships shall seem Just and meet
