The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows the Great
in
the City of London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of Sir

of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster
aforesaid(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the twenty Ninth Day of December last

his Wife were removed and conveyed from the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in
this County to the said Parish of Allhallows the great
as the
Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Therefore they humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and the Said
Order And Pray that the Benefit of this Appeal
may be saved to Your Petitioners And that the
hearing and determining thereof may be Adjourned
to the next General Session of the Peace to be holden
for this County.
