To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in General Session of the Peace at Hicks's Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church warden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlet of Mile End New
Town in the Parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order Under the Hands and
Seals of Joseph Newsom< no role > and James Esdaile< no role > Esquires Two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (One whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixteenth day of November
last Elizabeth [..] M [..] viele Widow was removed and Conveyed from the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex to the
said Hamlet of Mile End New Town as the last Place of her Legal
Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved. And

Therefore they Appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said Two Justices and the said Order
And Pray That the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved to the Petitioners and that the hearing and
Determining thereof maybe Adjourned to the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for
this County.

And Your Petitioners shall Pray Etc.
