At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the said County (by Adjournment) On Thursday the
Twenty sixth day of June in the Ninth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered That the Final hearing and determining of the matter
of an Appeal Between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary Lebone Appellants and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square Respondts.
touching the Settlement of John Fowls< no role > Catherine< no role > his wife and their Four
Children Which stood Adjourned unto this day do stand further Adjourned
until the next General Session of the Peace to be held for this County And
that on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given to the Respondents they
and all parties concerned do Attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on
Thursday the Seventh day of September next at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal.
