last Exhibit their Petition and Appeal Settingforth That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or

whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 21st. day of February last Edward< no role >

Male Child born on the body of Mary Cook< no role >
was removed from the
Parish of Saint
James
within the Liberty of Westminster
in this County to the said Parish of Saint
George the Martyr
as the place of his last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners
[..] thought themselves Aggrieved Which said Appeal by several Adjournments
was duly Adjourned unto this day Now upon hearing of the said Appeal and what
hath been Alledged on either side by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers their
Council and Witnesses in and concerning the Premisses It is Ordered that the said
Appeal be and the same is hereby Allowed And the said pass Warrant or Order
of the said two Justices be and the same is hereby Vacated and set aside and it is
further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
of Saint George the Martyr
do forthwith Convey and deliver back the said poor
Child (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said
Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster
or to
some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide for him
until they can Free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of law.
