William Hardwidge< no role > of the Inner Temple London Gentleman
maketh Oath and saith that he was present and did see William
Robertson< no role > in the General Release hereunto annexed named the
Prosecutor of the above Defendant Jane Ellison< no role > Sign Seal [..]
Execute the said General Release, And this Deponent further [..]
that the Name Wm. Robertson thereto set and subscribed as the
Person executing the same, is the proper hand Writing of the said
William Robertson< no role > , And the Name Wm. Hardwidge thereto
also set and subscribed as one of the Witnesses attesting the
due Execution thereof, is of the proper hand Writing of this
Deponent.
