of there Lives and from thence went to Isleworth the
deceased being still bleeding That when they get wr
Isleworth tha deceased pull'd of his Hatt. It Stock the Witness
sent him his Humanship, to hide the Blood which
came from a Wound Near the top of He head, the
Witness then bathed the deceased head & wound &
likewise hishanown hand With Ruin, and then sett
out for home, that in the coming home the Deceased
complained of his being very faint they called at a
publick House on Turnham Green and with Richard
Beale
< no role > had a Quarter not Brandy together and from thence
came directly to Marybone , were the Decased head was
Drest, and they all three went to Queens head at
Marybone, That the Decased at Mr Homes, informed
the Witness & Ricd. Beale< no role > that he had been not Bed down
with a short Stick or Bludgeon by some Ruffin whom
he Knew not which he has frequently repeated, that he
Saw him on friday last & he was very bad & on the
Satturday Worse, when he was Blooded nor did he appear better
on the Sunday but on Monday in the Evening he was in bed,
Worse & all in a Swet, That on the sunday the Decased
declared to the Witness he was Sorry he had been at Brentford
for he was to opening the Blow wo'd be his Death, that the Witness
also Richd. Beale< no role > & the Decased were all Very Sober hath
Known the Deceased about three Years last past and never
Knew him Subject to drink and was well in health
before he wasKnocked Downat the Hustings,

Richard Beale< no role > of Marybone Pernkemaker Saith that
he was at Brentfored on the 8th, of Decr. with Wm. Beale< no role > &
others, where he went with the Decased to the Hustings
between 2 & 3. o'Clock when a Mobb & Riot ensued that he
did not See the deceased Knock'd down but see him down or
near down with his hands towards the Ground, that after they
met at the 8 Pidgeous Yard from thence went to Parson
Hornes & went this the Yard of his house in to the Church
Yard & went over a Wall being affraid of there lives
