At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in saint John
Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Tuesday the Twelfth
day of April in the Eighth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Parish of Saint
Luke in this County have Notice of his Appeal And that they and all parties
concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the Judgement and determination of the
Court touching the said Appeal.
