Thomas Robinson< no role >

Thomas Robinson< no role > of New Gravel Lane in the Parish
of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex Butcher
(the above named Prosecutor) maketh Oath That he this
Deponent being bound over to Prosecute the above
named Defendant at the Session of the Peace
holden in December last for Felony undressed meat & his necessary
Business at that time obliging him to be in the
Country at considerable distance from London &
being not Apprehensive of the ill consequences
which might Attend his not Appearing to give evidence
against the above Defendants this Deponent through
mere want of knowledge of what by Lawhe wantedhe
ought & was compellable to do without any Sinister
design of favouring the above Defendants through
mere mistake did not Attend to Finde a Bill agst.
the said Defendants.
