Gardens Broker be came Bail for the above
Deft. on or about a Year Age to Appear
At yr next Quarter Sessions then to be
held for the County afsd at Hicks's Hall
And to Traverse and Try his sd. Traverse [..]
upon the said Indictment Preferred agst him and this
Depont. further Saith That the sd. Deft.
did Appear and took out his Venire
And Attended with three or four of
his Witnesses on yr Wednesday
Thursday and Fryday in the said Sessions
On the last day of which the Deft. went for
his Witnesses in ye Morning And yr
Chairman calling for him and he then not
being ready to Answer the Cause with
others was Struck out of the paper Since
which the Defendant has left his Lodging
And this Depont. cant Tell now where
he Lodges nor cannot get the Deft. taken
upon the Bench Warrant taken out
against the Deft. for that purpose And this Depont
